One of the best Merc weapons and it's cheap.I know this response is one week later but I thought I want to give my input. ![]() It can be further boosted by a Cure helmet (it lacks Life leech, but it will trivialize poison which actually does damage to mercs)įor bosses you can even swap out to an Obedience in a 5os Polearm, which has 40 all resists, and crushing blow to help kill them faster. You could also try making him a Prayer Merc which will synergize with the Insight so the aura heals a lot more. Treachery is the best armor for Merc's, outside of Fortitude, which is expensive (and theres not much difference). Use the Treachery until he has enough for the CV then swap back to Duriels (or Griswold's with Ral/Thul/Ort etc), then keep farming for another 4os polearm and switch back to the Treachery after that. ![]() Treachery will help a lot due to the IAS (more dmg, more life leech) and the extra fade will help when it kicks in, but he'll be further from using the CV. Ral+Amn+Perfect Amethyst (An Eth CV will get 4os if you use the socket quest) Look for aany Eth elite Polearm and try using the socket recipe on them. Unless you can find a Griswold's to easily equip the CV, keep doing cows or whtv until you can find an ethereal one (or a thresher or something). ![]()
